I have been with Mosso for almost 13 months now. There were some rocky spots at first. And, to their credit, you can still read about those times here in the forums. But, as others have said, and I wish to reiterate, this is in the PAST.
The last six months or so have been flawless for me and my clients. You can read the monthly archives of troubles and practically map the improvements for yourself. I don't know if they have added more staff; the system has just matured; or what all factors have gone into this. But it works!
I also want to say something about Tech Support. In those early days, I was concerned by all of the negative entries in this forum. But, anytime I had a problem and had to contact Tech Support:
1. I had a live human being online in chat within SECONDS (morning, noon or night).
2. They were courteous and helpful.
3. The problem was resolved or it was explained to me what I was doing wrong.
So, because of their Tech Support, I stayed with them through the rough patches and the negative comments. Wow, am I glad that I did!
I now use the $3 per month per client, for ALL of my clients, so they can have 24/7/365 tech support. I am out of the Tech Support business! Yeah!
One client has used it so far, and she told me how courteous, responsive and helpful Tech Support was. I hope that Mosso NEVER finds out what a great deal they are offering me with this service, for fear they might want to raise the price.
So, if you are wondering if Mosso is right for you, I can tell you they aren't. Go find some other web host. After 12 years of working with several other hosting companies, I have finally found an incredible one. And I want to keep this oasis of a web hosting company a secret - because I want Mosso all to myself.
