They're trying. Their tech support guys have been extremely helpful... when I can get them.
They have a support ticket system that is useless. I've submitted literally 6-8 tickets over the past 3 months of service. And have *never* received a response.
I was billed today for $171.80 which is completely off for my month. By my calculations I owe somewhere close to $40. I contacted Billing and was told, sorry - billing is closed until Monday. Wow. Must be nice not to have to work on a Friday.
This shoddy service combine with Cloud File problems (latency, CDN issues,etc). I would go elsewhere if we didn't have our entire system hosted here (Cloud Files & Cloud Servers).
