I was informed that there was a survey to be filled out after finishing Live Chat. The window never pops ups for me, so I thought I would post something here.
The support has thus far been great. I have never had to wait more than a minute for a technician even though I was in and out of Live Chat 4-5 times just an hour or two ago. Responses are always pleasant, courteous, and quick. Most importantly, I feel that I can trust and depend on them, and can honestly convince my peers the same.
Unfortunately, I can't remember the other people I talked to, but I was on live chat with Jeff P and Ryan D.
